These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of IncomingDad (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IncomingDad is an informational and organisational tool designed to support fathers and expectant fathers. It provides:

• Pregnancy week tracking based on due dates you provide.
• Newborn event logging (feeds, sleep, nappies).
• Curated tips and guidance for dads.
• Preparation checklists for the pregnancy and newborn stages.

IncomingDad is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The tips, guidance, and information in this app — including content described as “doctor-reviewed” — are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute and must not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional — your GP, midwife, health visitor, obstetrician, or paediatrician — before making decisions about your or your baby's health. In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of content in this app, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or applicable to your specific situation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in any way that could harm other users.

The household feature allows you to share certain data (newborn logs and checklists) with one other user. By inviting someone to your household, you consent to sharing this data with them. You can remove a household member or leave a household at any time in Settings.

The content, design, and code of IncomingDad are our intellectual property. The tips and guidance content in the app may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

Data you enter (logs, custom checklist items) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IncomingDad and its operators are not liable for:

• Any medical decisions made based on content in this app.
• Loss of data due to technical failure.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not paid us anything, our liability is limited to £100.

We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, legal reasons, or any other reason. We are not liable for any interruption in service.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
